文章摘要


       菲律賓相思木(AM)和馬尾松(PM)廣泛種植于熱帶區域,但它們對土壤微生物群落的影響并不清楚。本研究利用高通量測序(功能基因nirK、nirS、nosZ)對單一種植AM和PM的林場土壤中反硝化細菌群落結構進行了評估。nosZ(1.3x107)平均豐度顯著高于nirS(5.6x106)和nirK(4.9x105)。香農指數結果顯示nirS和nirK的多樣性在PM林場土壤中高于AM。兩種林場土壤利用nirS和nosZ優勢微生物屬于變形菌門、放線菌門、嗜熱油菌綱、綠彎菌綱、酸桿菌門,而nirK優勢菌都是變形菌門。AM和PM林場土壤微生物群落結構隨著土壤含水量、NH4+、微生物生物量氮含量變化而改變。nirK微生物群落物種共現網絡更有組織且更加模塊化,網絡的關鍵物種大多來自PM林場。這些結果表明尤其在PM林場中,nirK微生物群落高度響應環境的變化。AM和PM林場可以通過改變土壤理化性質形成不同的土壤反硝化微生物群落,進而影響土壤氮轉換。
